In the dark Nordic winter, houseplants need additional light from November to March. Grow lights are designed to meet the specific light requirements of plants, with red and blue wavelengths being the most important for growth. By enhancing these wavelengths, plants grow stronger and develop better height. Grow lights are not intended for general room lighting, as some models in the range emit a strongly reddish light. Technical specifications and light colour are clearly indicated on the packaging.
